For specialised course design we visit the clients’ site and using video and still camera take pictures of the equipment or process in question so we can asses the course required, the level of knowledge currently in place and the future development of the cleint's training needs.. 

We then research for information regarding the client's specific training topic.

Once the data collation and research process is complete, we produce the training material in the form of a manual of course notes.

The course notes are then converted into an “attention grabbing” Power Point presentation which is used in the classroom. A copy of the course manual is presented to every delegate.

Wherever possible this material is backed up by off-the-shelf simulations or video material.
